How can I upgrade units?
I have few preachers, and in swamp at Paladin's house where I can buy zealots, if I go in info screen of my preachers I can see option for upgrade but it is grayed out...
Also, I've noticed that I have skill in "Mind section" for upgrading preachers to zealots (I play as warrior) but it doesn't have sense for me to have it if I'm trying to upgrade preachers at Paladins house...

Special skill is required to upgrade priests, i think only Paladin has it

All classes has it. It's called "Inquisition" - the last in the Mind Skills Tree.

what about other units like swordsman? Is he upgradable and how?

The only unit i know of that is upgradable is the preist via the inquisition skill. Other units have higher level versions, such as the swordsman has the guardsman, but those are not upgrades and instead are completely different units.

This isn't really how to upgrade but...

...I just use the spell 'sacrifice'...and buy lots and lots of swordsmen...and then just sacrifice them to keep my precious units maxedout.

Yeah I use this too, it's awesome!

I used it to make 4 Royal Thorns into 18 and keep them around forever:) (Royal Thorns are great!)
