First forgive my English, is a translator.
The problem is a failure to 90% Charge Launcher.
I have done everything I have read on forums, delete cache, cache integrity, reinstalled and nothing, not working
My OS is winXP, SP3, 4GB ram, CPU AMD phenom 8450 triple core, 2.11 GHz, GPU Nvidia 9600 GT 1024 Mb ram. Dx9.c..
When I buy, I could fly it, but it is now impossible. solution?
