In HRCLODWAR (http://www.halconesrojos.com/hrcodwar/) (similar to SEOW, but RTS instead "turn based") are implemented some form of rescue for landed pilots (not for bail out).
This is done by a multi crew aircraft, that need land near the downed pilot, and this type a command to "jump" for one AI place
in rescue plane (at least a utility to the fool "take any plane at any moment" - used as exploit in MP...).
