i followed the quests. i cant find Ameile. cant get any resonse on tungstin , grotland or anyone?thnx, bill

You don't have to find Amelie to ally with Elves. Just go talk to the Elven guy in Arlania when your quest log is updated with something like: "You couldn't find Amelie so you should focus on other things"

Have you been to Riftlands and Iceland? To ally with Vikings you have to do the Ice Dragon quest. After that you have to deal with the orcs.
