Hi all, here is my latest video of the original game. As with all the rest of my video efforts, that I try to set the record straight on as to what a great sim that we had. The notion that the AI would crash when near the earth was as with the other misconceptions about the game, untrue and unfair. The reason why they do crash is usally they have battle damage, or a waypoints altitude set too low. All aircraft waypoints are set at 40m in this example, thats enough to clear most structures. As a mission builder I was very disappointed with its removal for the finished game (thanks to the whinners):-P:grin:. It is very cool to set a few tree top level flybys when making a mission. Now with the finished game I don't think even below 500m is possible...another for Oleg

They don't land because of the nice bunch of cows feeding on the green, forget all about the reasons mentioned above.

No that's wrong...they land only when ordered to via the last waypoint. This was a flyby showcase and to show their skill to avoid collisions :)
