I just found a quest item named "lava stone" in a hidden chest while digging around Westeron Wasteland. Any idea for what quest is it ?

You can use it later in Demonis. I do not know if it is mandatory or if there is some other thing you have to do instead (a fight, maybe?) if you haven't found it so far.

You mean the Lava Hourglass? You can talk to it and there is a demon inside you can release in Demonis later on.
Its actually a reward from the Hermit, I think.

No, it's not the hourglass, that I already have it and I know what to do with it, it's about as in the topic name ,a lava stone.

I did mean the lava stone. I can give spoilers if you want; you won't be able to miss it anyway because it is a main quest...

I am guessing here, but is it suppose to do something with one of the 4 Hades guys for Xeona? On my first play of the game I had to fight and kill one of the 4.

It does, but I think you have to kill one of them anyway (Lenderkhat or something like that). And you fight the cerberi of one other guy, it is one of the two that remain. I have no idea what he says if you do not have the stone - if you do, he just takes the stone and signs the treaty, I believe.

You have to fight him , but he will survive the battle and will sign the treaty. So the lava stone will avoid one fight. Hmmm less XP....

Just to be clear and explicit: I had the lava stone and fought Lenderkhat (the invasion guy) and the cerberus guy (who survived). One of the others said the stone was some family heirloom and signed the treaty (entering Hades, turn left and go up that hill to reach his home. No idea what his name was). Did you have to fight three of them without the stone?

No, I didn't had at that time the lava stone, I smooth talked 2, fought 1 who survived and killed the fourth.

I would assume you get better rewards from the quest since you managed to get all four treaties. Probably compensates for that.

I just did it aswell. Its Himerius, who otherwise gives you a riddle to solve. And I got 2 magic runes as Soothsayer, so its 2 class runes.
