i don t understand why i cant download the patch of 9 november

On page 7 of the Steam Update thread, post #68, qwertyuiop2999 said to check the modified date of ses.kfs (or loc_ses.kfs) to see when those files were last updated. The patches should deploy automatically so you're probably already updated.
