Stuck halfway through the game(spoilers)

I'm at the stage where you have to gather allies to defeat the prince.
I can't get off the continent even though I cleared all possible missions in that continent. Boat doesn't let me travel to other continents, the mines are now blocked by elves so can't travel there.

How do you visit other continents AFTER you enter the clear the continent? (after finishing the demonis mission)

I also searched every possible thing out there, i think it's bugged :(

You can only use Distant Travel from Greenwort map. Arlania and Verlon Wasteland maps don't have the option for some reason.

Finished game and didnt explored all demonis, what kind of quest i missed to open more content of demonis?
