Info win since patch

Hey fellow pilots
I am pulling my hair out since the patch. When I create a window or even the regular info windows, I can no longer Lt Alt + Lt Mouse click to bring them up or even make any changes. Has this been changed since the patch? What gives?
Is there a gui manual with the new patch?

check in your controls settings that L-alt is set correctly

Yeah, that was it. I overlooked the command "Interface with control window"
