Green Dust / smoke - possible answer

I occassionally get green dust / smoke but only if I'm short of memory, ie running the game in FMB. Saving the scenario, Exiting the FMB and exiting CLOD then rerunning CLOD and running the scenario in Single Mission, usually solves the problem so ... looks like a memory issue to me ?

I have 8 G.

I have 16 gigs , but that fix works 99 % of the time , i start single player , fly , back out, then head to atag , must have picked wrong mission last night as had grean smoke again, first time in a week . some how i was in german bomber , i normally do the campainge mod , will test again some said turn land shading to med . but green smoke first time btw got 2 xfx 6870 black editions
