Patch 1.08?

Haven't played the game for about a year, bought the disk FULL price. Thought I'd start playing again and give it another chance. Only to find I have the wrong version and need the 1.08 patch. So I D/Led that as a Rar, extracted using Extractfrog. All I get is the folder with Parts and Bob,Core subs. There's no .exe to work it. Shouldn't the patch just "auto" start once I open it?

Go to steam folder/ steam apps / commen / cliffs of dover folder and just drop that stuff in there.

Overwrite any conflicts and enjoy! ;)

Storm of war campaigns server should be nice and empty for you to set up your controls and nock the rust off. Plus if your a red pilot follow the briefs, there is a tonne of blue bombers to shoot down. Great place to test your frame rates too :-P

Awesome that worked! I had to drag the Bob and Core into the old folders 1 at a time.
