Anti- Aliasing,Anti Epilepsy,SSAQ,and VSync.If so what are good settings for them .I think I know what Anti-Aliasing does , but not a clue on the others...

Yes, they best thing to do in my limited technical opinion is try to set them to the same settings as your gfx card.

Pushed them all to the max & it didn't seem to make much difference one way or another.Honest I 'd just like to get a sharper edge on everything,esp the wings & insignia as seen inexterior view...

I think all that stuff in the in-game options is just a "Spinal Tap" trick....."ya, but mine goes to 11"

I use SMAA / FXAA, post-process anti aliasing, per this thread...

Easy install - I recognize the JSGME utility form Il-2,but the choices are unfamiliar to me-can you give me a clue on what I should be activating with a 32bit Windoas 7 install using a new Ge ForceGTX 560 graphics card?
