Do i just unzip it into game directory ?

Yes, just unpack the file into the main installation directory and let it overwrite any existing files.

Just as a heads up however, using winzip tends to not unpack it correctly and can cause you problems with missing files. Instead, you can download a free version of winrar, which works just fine.
