How about battle of Bouvines and battle of Las Navas de Tolosa ? ;)

132 points Bouvines and 103 Navas; i should play 6 times Bouvines to find a victorious tactic. Navas only one time, but probably I would take more points if I have changed the initial mouvement with another I thought after.

IMHO Battles of Las Navas de Tolosa is harder then Bouvines

For the big number of horse archers yes, but i have eliminated three of them with a circular movement from the wings. The next time anyway i think I can eliminate more of them with a more mirated circular movement.

Well so there main to decide the problem of horse archers. The
battle of Bouvines is more easier, there simply it is necessary to play bias ;)

I replay Navas with new tactic and now I gain 155 points

-11 points for lost groups. I terminated the battle with 3 swordmen, 1 pikeman, 1 crossbowmen, and 6 cavalry.

am i too weak in this game or this battle is impossible? i tried every single tactic i could think about!!! killing the enemy's leader is not effective and using swamps to slow down the enemy or even the forest roads didn't help me. i tried to move my army to the other side of the bridge in south and defend my position there, but before my troops could reach there, the enemy cavalry attacked my forces, i tried to fight back by my cavalry and it was effective but due to heavy casualities, my army was so weak to defeat the enemy.

Me too I fight at least 10 times this battle before win, and I win with heavy losses

even the bridge tactic will not work. i think i will give myself a break and play another battles before returning to it once more.

mitra, any recommendation about the second battle of the mongolian campaign please? your experience is always useful ;)

mitra

For the mongol battles the success key is only one, use at better you mounted archers, fragment the enemy formations and hit them when separate.

i'll try to hit them by my mounted archers and then use my heavy cavalry. the enemies are just too much in this.....

No it is possible, you must only remember to use well the space: some horse archers flight other ride at the flank of pursuers, shooting and viceversa; when they are well demoralized charge with the lancers.
