Patch and BOB mod

I installed the large BoB campaign..WHEN the patch is ready, do I need to uninstall that to make sure all goes well? I think the campaign only adds missions and nothing to the core engine. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

If it was just a campaign you downloaded then it will only be changed by the FM actions in game that are effected. It should be fine.

If it was more than that - actually modding files then it will proberbly overwrite stuff... A reinstall afterwards may work depending on how severe this patch actually is.
