As the topic suggests, what is a good choice to get my humans to Favorite Enemy?

I believe this was changed in the latest patch so that your favorite enemy changes with each combat. If so, it's a bit difficult to make recommendations - it really just depends on the individual fight. And it's not like you always can control who it is, since favorite enemy is the first stack to attack you, not the other way around.
