... this time about bombs. As I have found out, thanks to your helpful support, how nice the ME110 is to fly, I wanted to fly some bomb-raids (online).
Ok, in the selection screen I select, lets say two 250 kg bombs (Luftmine) that I add to the loadout. I fly, put the bombs-switch on "armed", put a little detonation delay and fly to my target. When I drop the bombs, there is no message, "bombs released" or whatsoever. When I push the button several times it does not say "weapon out of ammo" like it did in the old IL2 when you press the bomb release button after all bombs are gone. Here no message at all!
But I have the "feeling" (on the FFB joystick) that I dropped something (should look in external view if I have anything at all with me, but I usually never fly with external view?).
When I turn around to look what I hit, I never see an explosion, as if the bombs dropped without exploding?
Anything I did wrong again or just another bug?

these messages are not in CoD anymor, correct.
the question is the selected fuze. I guess you want make low level attacks , so choose the low level fuze . than the bombs are armed as soon they are going away from you ( the master arm switch has still to be used!). in the moment you cant edit delay times ( BUG), and these low level fuzes have a delay time of 11 sec IIRC. good luck.

... sorry, stupid question maybe but, how do I choose the "low level fuze" ?
I have a button assigned to the option: "switch bombs to armed condition" and one button assigned to "delay explosion".
I think there is a switch on the instrument panel of the 110 that I did not yet pay that much attention to, it says somthing about bombs, must be low on the panel behind the joystick I think. Is that where I have to check that out ?
Sorry for my ignorance, the ME 110 handling in CloD is new to me, I´m only familiar with the BF-109 and the Hurricane .

it has nothing to do with the planemodel. You find the fuze selection in the bombscreen in the armamentoptions. standard fuze is the level bombing fuze IIRC. If your SC 250 is equipted with this fuze and you make a dive/low level attack, the bomb is not "flying" long enough to arm the fuze before impact, result is no detonation....... so, change to the low level one.

.... aah ! That way, ok, thank you, I´ll try it as soon as I have the time.

Check both the "Zünderschaltkasten" and "Abwurfschaltkasten". They indicate if the bombs are armed.
You can see it at 0:43 in this video: http://foorum.mexxoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=311

S!
Nice video Foo´Bar :) I use the lights on the arming panel to determine if I have any bombs left, usually going low alt so releasing them single. What we lack seems to be the gun panel(left of sight, 4 red lights) that has the on/off switch among many other things. I have begun to fly Bf110 more and more lately..such an underrated plane! Ask Schnaufer, the Boogeyman of St.Trond, if it was that ;)

the 110 struggled only in its role as daylight fighter. and because of that is has in generalca bad reputation still today.
But its later roles, it fullfiled very good. And Schnaufer got his victories as Nightfighter. The losses of the ZG in summer 1940 were huge, they lost almost the amount of 110s wich with they began the operations over england....
