Buy 6 Gb of RAM or not

When I play a lot of RAM memory is used by Clod, have you added more RAM to your rig?
I would appreciate any experience

I went from 6Gb to 12Gb but the reason was to create a 5Gb RAMDRIVE and load my CoD there for faster performance.
(it sounded to me better investment to get 6Gb RAM and stay with my 2Tb HDD than to add a 200Gb SSD hard disk).

I went from 4GB to 12GB without gaining an extra frame or less stutter.
I even tried the ramdrive thingy but didn't do nothing to me.

Mind you, I got a clean OS without any other stuff running in the background except what I need for CloD.
If you're photoshoping, editing some music and write an essay while flying clod then perhaps more RAM would be good. ;-)1

Edit: One other aspect is how much VRAM you got. I can imagine that with 512MB on the g-card you could use more RAM.

edit: but my free RAM is about 20 mb :s
