Finally track recording works in MP since recent beta.

Please share your tracks to show how much fun MP can be and to make online more popular.

There should be some space where you can upload such files, soem kidn of track database.

The forums here allow you to attach zip files to your posts that can be up to 14MB in size. If you have a track that's more than 14MB in size you can re-record it in multiple smaller parts using the game's replay system, then put the parts in their own zip folders and attach them to your posts here.

Remember though, the replays are still subject to bugs that make some effects disappear, and if you fly using complex engine management the replay will show your plane's engine constantly revving up and dying down.

Just tried to record a flight on the ATAG server and I received the old bug again where it throws me from the server. Apparently it doesn´t work flawlessly with the latest beta. I could record stuff on low populated servers, but on ATAG with 26 people on at the moment it doesn´t work for some reason.

Not for me. Usually I time out from servers when I try to record a track longer than a few minutes.

What's the secret?

I have the same exact problem. Seems I'm kicked out after only a few minutes when recording.

Anyone gotten FRAPS working with the official patch? Mine used to work during beta 2, but now it's quit again :confused:

I asked at sukhoi. Some say they timeout sometime too but not often. Some records last for 40 minutes.

One guy said he times-out when recording a track to the default folder and does not timeout when recording to a second HDD.

This sounds interesting. Probably a HDD is a bottleneck when trying to play from and record to the same HDD. Maybe a thumbdrive / flash card can be good enough for recording.
Please share your experience.
