new beta patch buggy with Crossfire?

Not sure if this is the right place for it...

tried the beta patch-

-great colours
-great sounds (MG's could be a touch louder)

BUT, get regular freezes and have to force quit, or else complete lockup with grating sonic assault. The dump error usually involves an ATI module or driver.

I rolled back to the last official patch, just to get some flying in (this previous version is pretty much rock solid stable for me).

Anyone else getting these lockups (I realize it is a beta)?

I thought crossfire was still not supported.Beta,or otherwise.

xfire worked for me and a few with this beta , though now i only have one card . 1x6970 beats 2x 4890 btw :)
