In light of Smink1701's AI thread I thought it might be good to have a poll (yes that's right another one, I love polls :eek:) on what everyone would LIKE (I.e. Not demand) the devs to be working on.

For obvious reasons I will not be adding performance or communication to the poll.

P.S. I have tried to compile a comprehensive list, but I am sure I will have missed something.

You forgot the network code, without the fixes in the lags and the phantoms, online-play is a dead-end street. ;)

Otherwise I voted for FM, AI and dynamic weather, the rest can be done by the community.

Radio comms and voice acting. It has me hitting Alt-X to quit out of the game after just a few minutes as the quality is so very bad.

For me, FM, Radio comms, and AI go tother as a integrated package with AI being dependent on FM.

Adonys will be happy to see Radio Comms started slowly but its now 4th :o

Interesting I was not aware that so many ppl wanted it so badly!

Hopefully this backs up Smink1701's thread and is useful for the devs.

Man, the general preferences are really different from mine. I don't care much about AI, I'd rather have players-only servers if possible, and I think the SDK and FMB guide are essential to develop the community, new theatres, planes, online wars, etc.

I haven't voted yet. All those things are important but the most important thing is the 'Vibe'.

The feeling you get when you press the ESC key to exit the game and you take a deep breath and say 'Wow! That was great!'

These are the most important to me right now.

I picked FM, AI and the Dynamic Weather.

FM because I really want to play with aircraft that perform at their historical levels.

AI because it just plain sucks at flying in a realistic manner and it doesn't fly using the same physics system as the player like the AI in RoF does.

Dynamic weather because it would complete the last missing puzzle to immersion in this game where the weather is not a good representation of typical English Channel weather at all.

I would've picked radio comms as well but I know they have a guy working on that, and you can see new stuff has been added to the radio comms menu but its still disabled because its not finished yet.

I guess because it's included under FM in general, it's not just the Spit that needs correcting ;)
