Shimmering Shadows and Trees

Is there a way to get rid of that shimmering effect on trees and shadows (not just tree shadows). It appears to have something to do with the really poor anti aliasing.

Yeah I have this as well with an ATI card. Trees, Shadows, Buildings...you name it, it shimmers down low for me.

it flickers from the low resolution level of detail when your high up, youll notice if you pause the game the shadows wont flicker, when you move the camera they will flicker.. they need different shadows for the ground....

geforce 570 here..I get flying low or or say 800 feet the shadows of the trees will flicker..dont know how to stop that..a bit annoying..water however looks good to me.

Is it only the shadows that flicker?
Because the other members above complain about flickering of other things as well.
