If you can not click directly on a MP base then please post your system specs here unless they are in your sig then just acknowledge u cant click on a base.
the point of this post is to provide the devs with as much information as possible about the bug.
system specs example:
CPU
MEMORY
PSU
MOTHERBOARD
VIDEO CARD (driver version)
OS (win7,Fista,XP3,win95, service pack?)

Having the same problem, my system specs are :
Win 7 Home 64 bit.
Gigabyte GA-EP44-UD3L Motherboard
Core 2 Quad Processor 2.33 Ghz.
4 GB Ram.
ATI 4890 Video Card, 1 Gb Ram.
Dell 1907FP 19 inch Monitor
Microsoft wireless mouse
Track IR-3
Saitek X-52 Pro Joystick
It appears that the map and the overlay are some how mis-aligned. When you zoom right in there are three icons for each airfield and they are pretty far apart.

what happens is the more you zoom out the more the "clickable " area moves away from its center (the base) to a position at about 5 o'clock, I believe it is a rendering bug that is specific to the way you zoom in and out in the game...which is not a problem except when your dealing with the map for spawn points :) what they need todo is just make the maps render in a ...flat? 2D? way :)

Is win7-64 causing it?
i7-860@3.8, 4gb, ati 4890-2gb, win7-64
I was given an advice to install all .net 4 updates on to of .net from MS site. Did not help yet. Still trying ))
I will ask the devs if they tested it in win7-64.

Does everyone have Saitek software installed? It has a magic mouse device drivers built in. Maybe a potential conflict.
Trackir anyone?

Im having a similar problem, but it's not the spawn zones i can't click on, it's the "select army" window. About half thew time, i cannot click on anything in the box (army dropdown, cancel or select), and can only get it to go away by pressing esc.
....i should also add that these option boxes are often unclickable throughout the game - the option to disconnect from multiplayer, the option box to quit the game - i often cannot click any of these boxes whatsoever.

People, who have this issue, try looking into your resolutions. May be your aspect ratio is to be blamed.
