Item: Battle Axe Class I-Iv ??

On each of the 4 classes a moral is on, I assume it will change to one level higher when it reaches 100 (you get 0-3 increase after each battle).

Or what is the deal?

It is strange, because in the Items.txt I can see there is a code for an upgrading fight.
