Could anyone tell me how to get map for new island like ice gardens?

I just play Kb WoN Ice and fire DLC, but I've got almost complete the campain but dont know hot to get map for some new island of DLC. Please tell me how and where I can get them. Thank you so much!

PRetty sure you get a letter from an elf in Nording isle to a guy on Merlassar (the pirate king dude). He'll give you the map to ice gardens after you deliver the letter

Hi there,
DLC content is triggered by talking to a nearly dead elf in Nordlig near beach.
Quest is called "The Elf's Message", it continues when you reach NPC Drinrin in
Merlassar Pirate Cave. IIRC you must do a job 1st for him before he gives you
the map to "ice gardens". Hope that helps.
