Any idea when we're going to be able to apply anti-aliasing and anisotropic-filtering to the game through our cards' CPs, like we can in any other game? I'd like to be able to make proper use of the card for which I paid £500 for the sake of this game.
Just a word, a hint, a clue, instead of the deafening silence. Thanks in advance.

You can apply AF and AA in drivers now.
AF works, but I prefer to set it to "Application controlled" as it uses different AF settings for different objects.
AA should definitely work in true fullscreen mode (beta patch). Maybe you have to switch it off in game and switch it on in drivers (or put both ON). AA worked for me even in windowed mode if I set it off in game first. I use ATI Tray Tools to change drivers settings.

I've tried all combinations but as almost everyone else has found it's not possible to make card CP settings work in the game. Those who think it is working are mistaken.

AF does nothing, AA does not work over 2x(actually very poor AA with 2x but little smoother than without AA.

i think some people can´t distinguish 2xAA and higher AA..only an assumption.
it is absurd that we haven´t until now not one word from dev´s related to this problem..

words just consume time and dont actually help anyone. rather put the time and effort into actual work concerning this problem.

I'd rather a few words at the expense of a bit of work vs an assumption later proven unfounded.

Its not working, at least in ATI, not AA not even AF.
You can use brute force mode, aka Morphological, it will apply anti aliasing to everything, even where it not have to be like in text for example, and have a side effect like a blurring layer along of all screen, also kill your FPS.
