I'm pushing it hard?

I've just installed the game Russian version.
when I press play then it freezes even before welcome screen then screen goes black no monitor signal sign and it restarts automatically or no response at all.

My specs:
Core2 Quad 3Ghz
4G ram
Window 7 32bit
no graphic cards only onboard intel 1G shared memory :grin:

I have Gforce 9600 at disposal will it solve the problem? or is it even graphic card problem ?

I'm planning to have one budget card enough for CoD.
what if I say GeForce GTS 450?
Is it enough for meduim setting or any better graphics with in price range?
