Camera mod question

Hello to all. Been playing this game for a while now and it's great.
But the camera work is quite bad..
I see there are mods for battles and for zooming in , zooming out.
But what i'm interested in is mod for better scouting (is is there any).

Don't care about zooming or battle mode,that's all fine. What i want is to have more higher and flexible camera angle while scouting throughout the areas.

I read somewhere that there is one such mode but have not been able to found it. Is there any?
