I made some settings changes and the result is that on my system is that its very possible to fly on the deck over London with about 30 fps. At higher altitudes the fps goes up to 50 fps. I'd like to see what people with similar Rigs get for fps when they use these settings..
Now, I have a good rig and the game ran pretty well for me pre patch, but not over major developed areas like London. Wasn't a slide show but it got close to single digits. This is the "Russian" version of the game with the "Russian" version patch.
I will post my in game video settings first..

slightly higher..the video seems to show a couple of very brief pauses, but I don't think hey actually are "pauses" I think they were cause by stick inputs..

I flew through London Bridge and turned left over the city as the recording began.. heading away from the Thames.. The results were pretty consistant with the only difference being at a little higher altitide you could see the buildings drawing around you a lot more..but the fps seemed to be the same regardless..just didn't look as cool
I will say this, when you fly over london and see the buildings drawing you have to think "Holy Cow, thats a lot of triangles to draw!"
