Multiplayer Options?

Since I live in North America I have not goten my hands on this game yet. Can anyone who owns it please tell me how the multiplayer is in CoD?

Like, are there prebuilt maps or just one giant map you modify?

Are there premade missions? Or does the playerbase have to create them like in R.O.F.

Actually any intel would be greatly appreciated. I have heard absolutely no details since the games launch.

There are some custom maps for MP, generally symetrical island-based and very much fictional.

You can use the BoB map.

The mission editor can be used to create MP missions and CO-OP missions.

Currently the in-game server browser isn't working (blame steam?), but you can connect with a direct IP.
