According to the bf109 Emil manual (the real one from Messerschmitt) there should be a flap settings indicator on the left wing.

Like the picture below, although this one is obviously a right (starboard) wing

Forgive me if it actually exists in the game on the right wing as I've only looked for it on the left and I'm in the office at the moment.

This would be a great addition to the skins! But I think the developers have their hands full at the moment. Me, I just eyeball it and meh its good enough for government work.

@xnomad:
Your picture doesn't show the wing of an Emil but of a later version.
On the Bf 109 E, this marking was only painted on port flap, without dotted line.

Hi Pierre,
Yes you are correct this wing is from a G-14 on a G-6 airframe. The radiator flaps from F upwards were integrated into the trailing edge rather than hanging below the wing like on the Emil.

This is however the only example of the flap settings I could find. As you say that it didn't have the dashed lines I'm guessing you have seen an example of the Emil markings somewhere? If that is the case do you have a picture that you could post as that would be helpful?

Here's all I could find for Emils so far:

Hi.
I make same indicator to my skin (my source was this: Black 6 (http://data.primeportal.net/hangar/luc_colin/me109g2/Me%20109G-2%20Black%206%20017.JPG)), but unfortunately is ugly :/
The program mixed the colors, although in the skin -of course- they separated lines. Pics: take off pos (http://www.pumaszallas.hu/Private/VO101_Tom/109flap1.jpg), landing pos (http://www.pumaszallas.hu/Private/VO101_Tom/109flap2.jpg). After all better, than the nothing, if u need, u can DL from this link: klikk (http://www.pumaszallas.hu/Private/VO101_Tom/COD_Bf109E_flapmarks.psd).
