Hey everyone, I was testing out the Stuka dive recovery automation following instructions in the manual. Works great and I just so happened to spot Stonehenge on my way!

Great vid, I must say, playing around with the sim the last few days, it's really satisfying to see the explosions.

Thanks! I agree, the bomb explosions are very satisfying. My vid got severely compressed and the sound got out of synch somehow, but you get the idea :P

I didnt even know the stuka had a dive recovery system in place untill I read the english manual a week ago. Damn those germans had a lot of skill back then.

Cool video, m8, thanks. I didn't know the RAF captured any flyable Stukas ;)

Jesus mate.. you just bombed the visitor's centre! They have only just refurbished it! :-P
Wheres the dive siren?
I just added my own.
Watch Stuka start dive and begin,
"WaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Bombs away!
Stuka recovers from dive and end.
Done.
Nice little clip there scissorss. I'm not sure English Heritage would approve of you trying to destroy the ticket booth and cafe though :)

Haha thanks. Blame Hitler! It was his master plan. Paint a Stuka like a RAF plane, sneak in and bomb the Stonehenge visitor's center, thus decreasing revenue and essentially hampering the British war machine!

Nice video!
Wheres the dive siren?
Apparently taken out / removed by the ground crews. By the time Battle of Britain no Stuka had it. It slowed down the plane by some 20-40 km/h.

Really? I didn't hear or read ANYTHING about taking the siren off until late 1943.

I am just quoting someone else on this forums. Makes sense though, by 1943 Stuka was way obsolete.

Nice Vid! But I couldn't help but notice that in the recovery climbout the dive brakes were still extended. Makes for a slow exit.
Was that intentional or a bug?

I noticed that as well, I have to manually retract them every time, the manual states that they should retract automatically. I flew for quite some time and the airbrake never went up on its own, so I'm assuming its a bug. :(
