game shuts down

when i fly on cod with my logitech g940 joystick the software and the game clashes so when i press escape to get back to the menu page my game closes and i have to restart the game also the start bar some time opens up like when you press the windows key to get onto your desktop this needs to be solved theres somethink rong here

i have the xp 64 bit operating system dont no if it has somthink to do with that



can eny 1 help me fix this probklem
