I emailed ubi CS today. Read this and laugh/weep!! (Start at the bottom and read up)

What does 'in process' mean? When can I expect delivery? Why have others

There's an official answer to this over at ubisoft forums. All the collectors editions are shipped. Ubishop status is bugged and doesn't show "shipped".

Most biz these days operate off a script and will not deviate from that script no matter what.
Large company's these days are nothing but robots in my opinion.

You can see it's not Ubi itself, but an external company (look at the email).

Doesn't change the ultimate responsability, but can explain why level of info is different...

Here in Germany: Ubi never said a word, too - but my CE arrived 1h ago by UPS (and beat Amazon with Hermes by a wrinkled nose...)

It's looking as though those that did have already received their CE's today, those that didn't (including me) are now wishing they had.:(

I've ordered both at Amazon.de and Ubi Germany: Ubi delivered today at14:45 (without any prior notification) and Amazon delivered half an hour later (with tens of prior notifications about delivery date changes and one final "delivery executed" yesterday).
