I've read some posts that nothing has to do on that post. It's clear that if we post ISSUES, in a CORRECT WAY, we'll make the life of the programmers a lot easier. So, I want to state some considerations when posting bugs:

1) Give information of your PC. The most detailed, the better. Hardware, Software running, drivers, supplementary devices.
2) Write in a clear way, give information even if seems a little too much.
3) Try to run the simulator closing all the programs that don't need to be running. Antivirus, file share programs, web browsers.
4) Explain the problem! Give some comments how the error happens, what you did before the bug appear. You were flying offline? online?, solo mission? campaign? what aircraft? on which map?
5) Try the reproduce the bug, and try to isolate in the most basic way. Suppose that the mouse clicks doesn't work, try to figure out if it not works on every switch or on a particular one, and under which circunstances.
6) Before posting the bugs, be sure that the "bug" is not your mistake (eg: Trees not visible! - the user has low graphics options)

Sorry my english, I'm trying to add a little of help to the developers. If they have good bug reports, we'll have a better simulator in less time.
