Why is it still called 'Battle of Britain' in Russian release (see Box art, etc) but "Cliffs of Dover" everywhere else? Does this confirm that UBIlimp did, in fact, make that ridiculous marketing decision over a possible objection by 1C/Oleg? I mean, doesn't 1C directly market/publish its own products inside Russia?

Yes 1C does publish in Russia, but Ubi are responsible for everywhere else, at least i think thats the case.
Im sure if Oleg and Luthier had there way we probably would be purchasing Storm of War right now :(
