Would it be possible to get a list of all functions (apart from controls axes) that will be in the game so those of us that have programmable joystick profiles can get started on creating them, I may be getting ahead of myself and I'm kinda hoping that CoD will have a somewhat similar list to Il-2 1946 but I think it will somewhat diffuse the waiting period to give us something to do in preparation, if it's not too difficult. It doesn't have to include the actual keys involved just the list of available functions.
