Message to 505 regards 360 patch

So not to flog a dead horse or anything but I've sent a message to 505 asking about the patch saying...

"Hello I am a big fan of IL2 on the xbox 360 console and would like to enquire about the status of the latest Title Update. The patch was released on the ps3 network late last November. The latest update on the official site and forums was that once the patch was released on ps3 it would be submitted to microsoft. The rumour is the patch was rejected and the game will no longer be supported and the game will remain unpatched. Please can I ask what is 505's stance on the issue and if you any any news on it? Thank you."

Good call mate. Lets see how they get back to you. Threaten them with the small claims court or something ;) surely i can if they have a great big sticker on the box that says works great with the saitek av8r..... to find it it does not :P

ive tried emailing them aswell a few times but i either had no response or some automated reply,iv given up
