Here is just an FYI if anyone was wondering how much more/less leadership you get with a specific class when leveling up. The formula is 5(level(level+1)/2-1). For a paladin vs. mage or a warrior vs. paladin it would be the same. For a warrior vs. mage it is doubled (5 is replaced with 10 in formula). Here is an example. Say you have a warrior, paladin, and mage all at level 45. Using the formula you would see that a warrior gets 5170 more leadership from leveling up than a paladin and a paladin also gets 5170 more leadership from leveling up than a mage. To find out how much more a warrior gets vs. a mage just double it. So it would be 10,340. This formula is derived from the following fact provided by DGDobrev in the KBAP info thread...
Leadership improvement:
Warrior - Hero level * 20
Paladin - Hero level * 15
Mage - Hero Level * 10

This shows that Warrior is easily the easiest class, certainly on Impossible. In fact, after a certain point, Impossible Warrior is a breeze. It would be a different story as a mage, as DGD has explained.
