Arriana's Ring is out of Control?

So i bought this 88k ring it has 400 leadership, and now it's terrible 10, i can't use it anymore, i'm a mage btw. Anyone know how to fix this other than supressing it? is it because i have pirates on my roster that it hates me or something?

where can i buy the baton of leadership? I need leadership BAD

Officer's baton is spawned randomly. As for the ring, you should have read the KBAP info thread. The ring loses 0-5 morale after each battle, and it never goes up.
