I don't doubt him at all. Game sales are poor = fact. DLC sales poor = fact. No official announcement on a patch date or that they were ever going to even release a patch (obviously the devs have nothing to do with a patch announcement and have only stated that it was released to the publishers, that does not mean it was ever going to be released in the first place)= fact.

Why would there be any reason to doubt him?
