Reworked Skill Tree

This is a mod made for more flexible builds that will not force you to pick all those unwanted skills in order to advance to the skills you need. It will also allow you to have an easier game start do to the fact that you will be able to choose the useful skills more earlier.
Look at the screenshoot in order to see the changes. Hope you will find it useful. The file from the archive goes to mods folder .Have fun.
