I am running a competition on my channel, where If you subscribe, you can be in with a chance of winning a 3 Month XBL trial. I will close the entry's when I reach 100 subs (currently 91!) and will then randomly pick a number between 1-100 and whichever subscriber corrosponds with that number on the subscriber list, will win the trial.
