I've also always had a soft spot for the Z.1007bis.
What a beautiful plane, very effective as well.
Everyone knows the SM79, but this was the mainstay of the Regia Aeronautica bomber formations later in the war.
Some of them were used in the BoB as recon planes.

But I would really love to have those as well:

° Swordfish
° Wellington flyable
° Hampden

and finally , some French planes as well,
at least the MS406 and the D.520 as fiyable.

It's so great to just let ourselves dream sometimes!
Cheers

We know that new flyables are a no-go for now, at least until the sequel is finished or the SDK is released to the community, but it doesn't harm to get the ball rolling with ideas.

I agree that blue has quite a few flyables and i would too like to see additions for the red side first.

I really like floatplanes but to have proper missions for them we would first need the SDK/documentation (for scripting/triggers).

The Beaufighter would be nice, if the radar could be modeled and we learn how to use the German radio devices for night-bombing (otherwise it wouldn't have a role).

Sadly, the Wellington is probably a bit too complex for now.

That leaves us with the Swordfish and Hampden. I always liked the Hampden and it would give RAF another bomb carrier, but its use is centered around a limited timeframe. It's still a good choice but i don't know how complicated it would be to make it.

The Swordfish on the other hand is much simpler and saw use throughout the war and in various theaters, it will be useful for future add-ons as well even if only the Mk.I is modeled. I think the last torpedo action undertaken by them was against the German warships taking part in the Channel dash in 1942. The mission was a disaster and it was decided to give them a different role, so they started loading them on escort carriers and converted merchants with a flight deck to protect convoys, but that was a bit later in the war and some of the equipment they used in later marks is out of the scope of BoB (air to surface rockets, anti-ship radar and rocket assisted take off equipment).

I think all are good choices and i'd love to see some night fighting (Beaufighter) or night bombing (Wellington/Hampden), but if i want to be objective i'll have to admit the Swordfish probably has the best "man hours to make / general gameplay application" ratio.

He 115 was not used as SAR plane but for strategic naval recon and torpedo attacks. The only fitting SAR planes I can think of were the He 59 and later Do 24 and similar types.

The Hurricane IIB would be a nice addition. Only small to minor changes would be required on the cockpit model, exterior model, flight model and damage model of the existing Hurricane I (Rotol).
Hurricanes were used in the Battle of Moscow and it would allow to "lean" into 1941 on the Channel Front with the Spitfire II and the then available Bf 109 F.
