No. Anton has confirmed the P38 will not be in the game when it launches, though it is possible that the P38 could come as DLC.

Hey Anton will there be any heavy or medium bombers we can use and can we switch from flying the plane to using the guns like tail gun, turrets, etc.

Check well you can deff fly the He-111 but not shore on anything else! I swere i saw video of being a dorsal gunner somewhere...

Yah me too. I think in one of the trailers It shows someone using a dorsal turret on a Blenheim.

Anton mentioned the option to command a rear gun on some planes would be available in the game about a month ago. Can't find the thread because it is buried, but he did say something to that effect.

At 2.34 there is what looks like a player controlled A20 Havoc twin engined bomber.
