It appears that North American IPs get redirected to the regional UBI site.There is no mention of a CE edition.Only the d/l for $49.99.

The collector's edition is not available in the USA.

The boxed DVD is only a Steam install.You still have to d/l the game.The game is not on the DVD.There is no paper manual.The manual is a PDF within the game directory.

The game is only in German and if it is only in German is possible convert to English or Italian ( my language) ?
