Check pictures in reviews. Usually they have very weak motors.

Alternative solution is to buy 1 - 2 (semi)professional (home)cinema butt-kickers (woofers) which you can screw to your chair and connect to a soundcard.

I hook up an electric chair to my pc... When i get shot or hit.. it eletricutes me with low volts each time.

5 kg weight sounds much more reliable. You can get 2 or 3 if it is not enough

There are some cheaper similar products from Chinese competitors sold in home cinema stores I think.
