Armored Princess is a stand-alone expansion. It's not a sequel, because the game is almost identical to its predecessor.

The quick answer is yes, you can play both. But as the others have pointed out, KB:AP is a standalone expansion. So you can play KB:AP even without KB:L installed.

Until Verona, I had major losses on my fights and just a few gold... Now, I can fight without losses, thanks to my oil mist -> rain of fire, and a nice mana regen during fight (regen from killing stacks, after each round, and with the blue ball of the pet). The only thing I don't like is that my fights are so long. Way more than with my warrior. And to reply to the subject, I don't know how you define a "sequel" to the game as a "new game" or how you define an expansion. I call KB:AP a stand alone expansion, but the changes are kind of the ones between doom and doom 2... Same engine, same gameplay, just some improvement, new levels, and so on. |
