Pe-2-BGun is still just the periscope type - there were only minor changes, I bet.

IL-4 bombadier station is not finished, but we decided to continue it a bit to a degree, that is acceptable as a temporarly solution, so that you can actually 'sit in' it. It will be fully completed in next patch. Generally we wouldn't release a cockpit in that state, but in the sad case of 'Vert' we make an exception of course.

i dont remeber any rear gunner periscope type in Pe2 , except rear gunner in pilot cockpit, In il2 Game ...
