I can understand your dissapointment.
Seriously: read the numbers, I wrote above and think about.
To say that my facts are inaccurate and not provide any such link to back up what you are saying is insulting to say the least. I could list many more sites and references all of which state the same speeds and horsepower to + or - 5 of the numbers given. However this is more of a mod than a patch IMO.

The 6 DoF which I was highly looking forward to, is simply terrible for no better word.

The CTD just happened to me as I finally got on a Zeroe's 6 and I fire....CTD.

The only thing I can see worth noting are the extra difficulty switches and the enemy AI performance. Unfortunately the planes I like to fly have been nerfed considerably.

Provide the facts which support your modifications and I'll gladly play your mod.

However in the current state it isn't playable and secondly the butcher job you have done to ally planes is insulting and inaccurate.

Lastly I will always consider 4.101 to be the final patch for this game.

Feel free to post your observations on 6DoF with a detailed and constructive description of issues in a dedicated 6DoF debugging thread. Thank you.

Do you have infos about the fuel amount, weapons were loaded or not? It seems those planes with radial engines are laaging power during take off. but it happen since day one. best example is the fw-190 in comparison to the bf-109

I just experienced my first CTD in a single player campaign. Was coming up behind a MiG3 that was enroute to a bridge bombing and when I opened fire from my F2 and scored a few hits, I immediately recieved a CTD.

Have to say +1.
If I wanted to say the 109E was too slow I would go to a place like Kurfurst and show original documents from RLM testing as evidence. Short of that your only posting opinions.

Flying on Slovakia Summer Map.
Piloted SM79 alongside Cant 506
Two Bf109 set up as allied

The 109's shot down the 506, then pretty much at the point where their attention switches to the SM79 they both froze in mid-air. The game did not freeze, just the two AI Bf109's -- left hanging in space.

I do not know if it comes from my machine or the game, but this is the first time I get this in IL2 if I remember correctly.

It happened in the middle of a QMB mission, with Spits MkIX 1942 against A6M2's 1940, on the map Crimea. All other settings were default, except no DCA.

I tested again the same mission after the CTD, runned without an issue. By the way, the new IA seems to be quite nice ! I would like to use the occasion to thank the DT for the continuously deep work on the series, and the high standards they try to keep.

EDIT : added several other error files from chrisgibon and AlbertMarcel (before the hotfix, probably the hotfix corrects this one as well).
